The Remy family's original inn has grown over time, without the architecture of Les Vallées Hotel ever altering the natural setting that surrounds it, or turning its back on the legacy of past generations. From dining room to pergola, from bedrooms to terrace, the house continues its quiet dialogue with the sky and the mineral lacework that defines the horizon. There is no need to date the style of the buildings – Les Vallées Hotel has nothing of a museum about it, nor of the guardian of a classic or traditional temple that would reduce the spirit of the place to a single label.

In nearly 100 years, this small family domain has simply extended its walls to welcome its visitors. Over the years, every change has been made with one thing in mind – not preserving a style, but a way of life.
