Day 1

Hotel Les Vallées, in the heart of the Vosges

Day 2

The Route des Crêtes, Munster cheese, and a traditional marcaire lunch.

We set off for a typical Vosges farm to watch the milk and cheese processing, see Munster cheese being made, and witness the cows heading out to pasture. Next, we explore the *Route des Crêtes*, a magnificent route offering both quintessential Vosges scenery and unforgettable panoramic views. We then return to the farm inn for a *marcaire* lunch—a must-try, traditional meal from the Vosges mountains.

Next, visit the Confiserie des Hautes-Vosges to discover the traditional craftsmanship kept alive by passionate confectioners, and enjoy a tasting of candies “brought down from the mountain.”

Day 3

Alsatian Day – Eaux-de-vie and Craft Beers

Discover the Bergerie de Straiture, including the flock, the wool, and the processing workshop. Housed in a former 18th-century coaching inn, you will visit the *Musée des Eaux-de-Vie* (Spirits Museum) to see its exhibition of antique distillation equipment and extensive bottle collection. Next, discover the *Welche* microbrewery and the traditional beer-making process, from brewing to fermentation.
